All the grading is outside my office door on the little desk. It's been a pleasure having you guys in class. Looking forward to seeing you in the Fall (and if you are not taking a course - don't be a stranger and come and see us in the lab). We will be posting pictures of baby Tschichold on facebook after his arrival! Hope you have a wonderful summer!

Have more worked out concepts!! Really get cracking guys on the some finalized looks so we can give good once over before critique on Monday.

We will have a pot luck on Friday so bring whatever you would like. I'll order pizza at the beginning of class.

1. Research on products / companies - 10 total pages
2. Visual Briefs - logo / box / bottles - 3 pages
3. Pitch - one for box look and one for bottle look - 1 page (must be branded with your look)

RIGHT SIDE
1. Thumbnails 3D - photos 10 box and 10 bottle
2. Roughs - photos of 3D box and bottle / 6 pages
3. Rough Set 02 - altered look photo of 3D box and bottle / 1 pages
4. Any Rough Sets in between
5. Finals

You will present the box and bottle in printed form on table for class on Monday. Must have all items off the computer and items off the wall and cleared out from behind your computer. Your leftover junk from scraps needs cleaned up in the whole classroom. We need to have your standup out of the library and hallway by Monday. No later!

Final is 2 to 4 pm on Monday.

Please have your revised rough - typography, mascot, minimal (your choice) direction for your box and bottle ready to look over on Wednesday. Please have your job folder up to date while the printer is not giving us issues.

Friday, May 6

Please have your images of your bottle and boxes printed out for your job folder. Job folders should be caught up - please look over last post for the items. Add visual brief of logotypes / logos, thumbnails and roughs of logotype / logo to the folder.

I've been told by IT to please not have you guys print directly from a website. This is what is gumming up the works they think? So pull images onto desktop or into document and print from there.

Wednesday, May 4

Please have your 3D thumbnails 10 for your box and 10 for your bottle images printed off along with the other requirements for your job folder.
